01Information we collect
Bravio may collect information you provide directly, information created while you practice, and technical information needed to run the service.
- Account details such as name, email, login method, language, and profile settings.
- Voice practice data such as audio, transcripts, prompts, exercises, scores, AI feedback, and session metadata.
- Usage and device data such as pages viewed, app events, approximate timestamps, browser/device details, and error logs.
02How we use information
We use information to provide Bravio, personalize practice, generate feedback, maintain progress, improve reliability, protect accounts, and support users.
03Voice, transcription, and AI processing
Voice sessions may be processed by transcription and AI providers so Bravio can show live text, score practice, and generate coaching. Provider output can be imperfect.
04Service providers
We may use trusted providers for authentication, hosting, storage, transcription, AI review, analytics, support, payments, and security. They process data only as needed to provide their services to Bravio.
05Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your account data where applicable. Some data may need to be retained for security, legal, billing, or operational reasons.
06Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, product improvement, safety, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
07Children and sensitive use
Bravio is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your own practice and you understand the risk.
08International processing and updates
Information may be processed in countries where Bravio or its providers operate. We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements evolve.
